RIGHT every WRONG is the passion mantra and flagship movement led by iCONGO - Confederation of NGOs- and all the iCONGOANS associated with us. Our core objective is to create awareness to provoke thoughts and encourage “CITIZEN ACTIVISM for PEOPLE POWER (that is what DEMOCRACY means)” by disseminating the knowledge we churn in our forums through our network of ethically and socially likeminded citizens. We KNOW that we, as an organisation or the few people who manage it, can RIGHT every WRONG and thus have created this movement to bring people together as ONE to RIGHT every WRONG. Our vision is an EGALITARIAN SOCIETY where prevails SOCIAL JUSTICE and COMMUNAL HARMONY for all, through PROACTIVE CITIZEN ACTION. We inherently believe that it is the few concerned citizens who can be and lead the change and IGNITE ACTION AGAINST APATHY and bring other citizens together to reclaim and preserve democratic values in a REPUBLIC. Remember if each of us does our little bit to “BE THE CHANGE” then a better, humane, just and responsible society is very POSSIBLE. Like they say in a DEMOCRACY, “No Minister, office or seat in a DEMOCRACY is more important and powerful than that of being a citizen”. So realise your rights, power and responsibility as a CITIZEN and SAY “I CAN DO rather than an apathetic, indifferent and resigned “WHAT CAN I DO?”. Every citizen in a DEMOCRACY & REPUBLIC can make a difference”. So let us not just blame the system but stay awake and participate in the process of democracy and governance because it is BETTER TO LIGHT A CANDLE THAN TO CURSE THE DARKNESS.
